I would politely ask him for the reason, ask his suggestions how to go on and which way he/she wants me to proceed..I would never take work personally...
I worked in a big hardware manufacturing company where the decision to ship a product is determined by
the revenue it would finally earn..if its not going to fetch what is expected...its understood the entire effort
put in it are in drain..So I respect the higher ups decisions..
Folks... this answer really fetched me the job :-) :-)
At the end anyways its up to us whether to accept the offer or not after the job offer is on hand...

Well I would hear what he/shes concerned about and what is the problem. Give them possible solutions on what we can do to help, if its not the solution she wants then I can address her to a manager and see how they can further her/him more in a better matter than I am.

photography needs photographer and the object to pictured. Some times it can be done with automatic camera where no photographer is needed. with modern
technology continuous photography has been used for
hidden cameras and webcams which are pretty much automated.
