Firewalls can't protect very well against things like viruses or malicious software (malware). Properly configured firewalls can limit the propagation of worms - a form of malware.  Typically, firewalls are edge or parameter devices (separates network zones) and most viruses and malware targets end points (user workstations and servers).

I do have a wide experience in working with computers because I have worked with computers and automated systems for almost many years.It is indeed fun and easy to work on computerised systems as it saves time and money.It is easy to work on.

Well I would hear what he/shes concerned about and what is the problem. Give them possible solutions on what we can do to help, if its not the solution she wants then I can address her to a manager and see how they can further her/him more in a better matter than I am.
