Would you ever report your co-worker if they constantly arrive to work late?

Answer Title
Answer
It depends on whether it REALLY matters or not. Now days it seems like 8am-5pm is completely stupid unless you are working a job like in a call center or something like that. If the person is getting their work done and not adversely affecting other employees, why should you care anyway?

Yes - if their lateness was affecting my work or if I'd already spoken subtly about it.

I would like to learn more about his/her lateness. Is there a different agreement, is the individual usually staying later/not taking lunches, does this affect other team members/departments.

I would work on high priority jobs and try to find assistance from my surroundings to finish the less priority jobs.

Examples: I spend the whole day day-dreaming while leaving all the paper works to me subordinates.  What a good leader!

It's difficult to find people that cannot work with me.  You see!  I am such an easy-going guy!  However, there are cases that some ladies or woman that are so noisy that I just want to kick her out of the library.  To improve a difficult situation, I think mutual understanding is important.  If she knows what I am going to do, I think the situation can be improved in most situation unless she want to go to hell...Ha! Ha!  One foot kick, followed by a side-kick without mercy!

Hello, My name is Silene, and I have 25 years. In 2002 I did the course of flight attendants, and as I could not enter the area shortly after its completion, I had a student in tourism and hospitality. The course covered many areas, which helped me to work primarily in the call center for an airline and then check in at the Tam I identify very good at working with the public, serve people, to show warmth and hospitality. So since I knew aviation would not leave.
