(MIX & MATCH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING)  Yes, I understand the importance of clear, direct and open communication to the success of the organization... so building my communication skills is a top priority.  Through membership and regular attendance at Toastmasters, regular writing (a personal hobby) and continued, ongoing learning, I can be confident I'm at my best when called upon to communicate.  I also read, listen to and/or regularly watch self-improvement programs focused on communication skills.

Well I would hear what he/shes concerned about and what is the problem. Give them possible solutions on what we can do to help, if its not the solution she wants then I can address her to a manager and see how they can further her/him more in a better matter than I am.
