I'd say Marketing/Communications is the umbrella term whereas advertising is specific to paid messages. Advertising can include traditional ads, search engine marketing, promotions/contests, etc. Other areas under the larger umbrella term often include earned media/PR, internal/employee communications and investor relations.

I work on projects. I work with operators on improvments. I assist in areas that are behind.
I clean areas. I assure operators are busy and putting out good product.

Well I would hear what he/shes concerned about and what is the problem. Give them possible solutions on what we can do to help, if its not the solution she wants then I can address her to a manager and see how they can further her/him more in a better matter than I am.

I am educationally qualified because I was trained for the job.  I have enough years of experience in the field of clerical work. I have good written and oral communication skills.  I am client oriented. And I work for the good of the company and taking all experiences as a learning tool for improvement.

I feel sad when co-workers disagree on petty things.  However, I try my best to calm the parties then I listen to their reasons and try to trace out the cause of the disagreement.  When things have calmed down, I ask permission if they want my opinion on the matter then I state my analysis and possible solution to the problem at hand.
