I often mention something that is a positive about me and say that it's a negative. For example, I say that I am always curious to know how things work and I spend a lot of time reading information about work related topics. Or that I can be overly organized. It should be something that matches the person you are, but if you think about it, you will find something that you can 'say' is negative but the employer will think it's a plus!
