My ultimate goal is to help this company reach its mission, which is to be the dominant player in the market. I can do this by staying focus, making sure that everything that I do is inline with company goals and visions.

Don't admit to having produced poor work
ever. Say you've probably made one or two mistakes - everyone does - but that
you always do everything you can to put them straight, learn from them and made

A good answer, in referring
to a non-supportive culture would be to express the positive aspects (eg lots
of freedom for me to take initiative, responsibility, find new ways to
contribute, a free market allowing the good workers to naturally excel and
develop reputation and internal working relationships, etc.)
