This is a trick question! If you say something like I would like to work for a charity, or open a business, or do something else - the interviewer can ask you why aren't you doing those things that you really want to do? And that's a fair question, because you are not interviewing for the job you really want.

I would work on high priority jobs and try to find assistance from my surroundings to finish the less priority jobs.

Examples: I spend the whole day day-dreaming while leaving all the paper works to me subordinates. What a good leader!

I work on projects. I work with operators on improvments. I assist in areas that are behind.
I clean areas. I assure operators are busy and putting out good product.

I firstly give a front kick, followed by a side kick to that fellow. Finally, he falls down on the floor...!!!
Yell: Hey clowns free hot dogs over here. Then lead them into a trap and beat them.

Alternative answer:
I would first try to understand his behaviour. In the meantime, I would try to explain the library rules to him with patience. If he still continue his unruly behaviour, I will request him to go out the the library in an attempt not to interfere with other library users.

It's difficult to find people that cannot work with me. You see! I am such an easy-going guy! However, there are cases that some ladies or woman that are so noisy that I just want to kick her out of the library. To improve a difficult situation, I think mutual understanding is important. If she knows what I am going to do, I think the situation can be improved in most situation unless she want to go to hell...Ha! Ha! One foot kick, followed by a side-kick without mercy!

How do you decide what to do first on a new project?
