Actually it depends on the company culture..lets say
indian company and american company..I don't think the owner of major company would want to take photos with much low level employees as opposed to co founder of microsoft taking pictures with even entry level grads..
Due to the exposure of indians to outside world the company policies or attitude towards employees and work culture has changed considerably india ..There is a very good movie of charlie chaplin "modern times" that depicts plight of a worker..compare that to "office space" the life style of a software engineer..
