Proficiency in basic word processing software and internet is needed in a call center job as call centers generally use computers and the internet to reach the clients. It's time to toot your horn. If you are proficient in MS Office, then say it. If you took a diploma course in Computer Srudies, by all means, tell them.

This seemingly harmless question is a way for your prospective employer to gauge how serious you are, and what your commitment to the job will be. For goodness sake, don't tell the interviewer you applied in a call center company for the meantime that your application for a nursing job is still in process.
