The interviewer who asks this question wants to discover if you are flexible, enjoy working in a team environment, have experience in this area, and what your viewpoints are on the subject. It is always wise to speak about some of the positive aspects of team-teaching, such as: It is an effective strategy for teaching large groups of students. Team teaching encourages teachers to collaborate and generate ideas, as well as learn from each other ... two heads are always better than one! Talk about team-teaching experiences you have had, and the positive results that transpired.
If you haven't had any hands-on experience, explain that you enjoy working in a team setting and are excited about the possibility of participating in team teaching.

I would tell him that he's a very special child, that there is nothing shameful about that.

This is not the type of thing you want to "solve." Rather you would want the student to explore why that may be the case, by asking questions. You don't want to say maybe it's because you are fat (special) or whatever.

Yes, I once adopted a friend during the time she lost her parents, until she was able to re-adjust and take care of herself. It was a feeling of self-fulfillment.

(Rejection is part of business. People don't always buy what you sell. The tick here is to separate rejection of your product from rejection of yourself: "I see rejection as an opportunity. I learn from it. When a customer takes a pass, I ask him what we could do to the product, price or service to make it possible for him to say yes. Don't get me wrong: You've got to makes sales. But rejection is valuable, too. It's a good teacher.")

It's someone who can recommend you for your new job. It can be a former work collegue, a University teacher, or someone from your University's administration office for example. Even summer jobs' contacts can do, especially if it's your first job.

You generally include their names (minimum two) and contact details at the bottom of your CV and then the company looking to hire you can ring them up to check you actually worked there, and ask details about you.

As long as noise is part of learning, I treat that as a tolerable state, except when it is beginning to disturb other classes.

It depends. If noise is created as part of the learning activities, then it's fine for me.

Yes, I do. I like students to bring out questions that are sometimes difficult to answer. This helps develop an area for enrichment for all of us.
