what is RBac and how to create a role?

RBAC is role based access control list and it is used to assign user some roles of administrator like creating user and deleting and shutdown the system in the absence of the admin
vi /etc/security/prof_attr - create a profile
usermgt:::"user can create users"

vi /etc/security/exec_attr
usermgt:smuser:cmd:::/usr/sbin/useradd:uid=0
wq!
#roleadd -d /usr/role1 -P usermgt -m role1
#usermod -R role1 user1
#passwd role1
new passwd
#su - user1
passwd
$su - role1
passwd
$/usr/sbin/useradd user2 - he can now create users.

Advantages-> Ether net is most cost efective solution because in this ethernet we wont user HUBs and Switchs we will use only T type connecters and N type Connecters ,terminaters and we can use more than 100 mtrs and easy to install and maintance
Disadvantage-> If one System fail total network is down and if we want do any problem solving in systems or in network we have to shutdown the total network.

Back up of all Physical files after normal shutdown of Database is COLD BACK up.

All Data files , All Control files, All online redo log files, init.ora file are the elements in that.

The system.--- or win.--- are the original system.ini and win.ini files used for backup purposes when Microsoft Windows is first installed on the computer. When using these files to correct issues with the current system.ini and win.ini all changes made to these files since Windows was first installed will be lost.

Click Start
Click Shutdown
Choose to restart the computer in MS-DOS mode and click ok.
