Email meeting time and date with prompt arrival reqd. Have any questions submitted in advance from others (not meaning that all questions will be addressed in this meeting necessarily). Have written agenda at every table position in meeting and STAY on agenda. Assign follow-up to certain workers with time and date timeframes. If necessary, schedule next meeting with follow-up issues answered at end of this meeting.

I am educationally qualified because I was trained for the job.  I have enough years of experience in the field of clerical work. I have good written and oral communication skills.  I am client oriented. And I work for the good of the company and taking all experiences as a learning tool for improvement.

I feel sad when co-workers disagree on petty things.  However, I try my best to calm the parties then I listen to their reasons and try to trace out the cause of the disagreement.  When things have calmed down, I ask permission if they want my opinion on the matter then I state my analysis and possible solution to the problem at hand.
