Both HTTP GET and HTTP POST use HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) as the underlying protocol. The GET and POST methods have been widely in Servlets, CGI, ASP, and many more. Both of these methods encode the request parameters as name value pairs in the HTTP request. The GET method creates a query string and appends it to the script's URL on the server that handles the request. For the POST method the values are passed in the body of the HTTP request message.

Yes, if the document type you use provides for math, and your users' browsers are capable of rendering it. The mathematics-using community has developed the MathML Recommendation at the W3C, which is a native XML application suitable for embedding in other DTDs and Schemas.

What is meant by urlencode and urldecode in php?

urlencode() returns the URL encoded version of the given string. URL coding converts special characters into % signs followed by two hex digits. urldecode() returns the URL decoded version of the given string.
