I am educationally qualified because I was trained for the job.  I have enough years of experience in the field of clerical work. I have good written and oral communication skills.  I am client oriented. And I work for the good of the company and taking all experiences as a learning tool for improvement.

In the preparation of planed programs and activities there are times when not all the things needed are physically given or available so in lieu of that I improvise from the ready materials given in order to meet the need of the present situation.

Besides from the personal scholastic and work achievements, I believe that I qualifty for this position based on my willingness to learn and be trained, my innovativeness, my patience and I can maintain my good relationship with my co-workers.

I like dealing and meeting with people/clients. But most of all I like working with co-workers because that is where I learn and improve.

My achievements are not represented by trophies or plaques but they are achievements in the success of projects, trainings and activities being implemented by the office.

All jobs are difficult and I believe there is no need to avoid anything in a job.  Because day in and day out we encounter them in our daily life.  Like in handling mails we receive, sort, read and reply to our mails wether if be in our personal life or in the office.  Another example is relationship even when we encounter different levels of relationships in our personal life or work stations we often times place much care in our dealings. So there is no point in avoiding tasks or things my job it is best to face them taking into consideration care and analysis.

I believe I did well in paper works (filing, circulation of issuances) preparation of communications and officer-client relationship.

The most difficult thing about my job is how to easily influence people/clients to follow and comply with the supervision terms and conditions.  Because based on observation, relationship with people is hard to handle because even the slightest mistake can either break people.
