This is the essence of who you are as an employee. Autonomy, someone to brain-storm with, fairness, someone interested in your continued professional development, creativity and supportive of your decisions may be some of the many different aspects of your next manager. Being aware of which of these characteristics have worked best (or worst) for you is important in being true to who you are as a manager and an individual. Be aware that your answer will also reveal a great deal about who you are. We tend to mirror the person we want for a manager.

Graphology is the study and analysis of handwriting especially in relation to human psychology. The term is sometimes incorrectly used to refer to forensic document examination. In the medical field, it is used to refer to the study of handwriting as an aid in diagnosis and tracking of diseases of the brain and nervous system.

It is the chipset. If the CPU is your computer's brain, the chipset is its heart, and of course, one can't function without the other.

The ways of fighting Writer's Block are:

Have a writing schedule, and stick to it, despite the writer's block : Ignore the writer's block and keep showing up to write, even if nothing comes right

Don't be too hard on yourself : In fact, don't be hard on yourself at all while writing. Anna Quindlin wrote, "People have writer's block not because they can't write, but because they despair of writing eloquently." Turn the critical brain off.

Take time off if you've just finished a project :Writer's block could be a sign that your ideas need time to gestate. Idleness can be a key part of the creative process. Give yourself time to gather new experiences and new ideas, from life, reading, or other forms of art, before you start again.

Set deadlines and keep them. :Many writers, understandably, have trouble doing this on their own. You might find a writing partner and agree to hold each other to deadlines in an encouraging, non-critical way. Knowing that someone else is expecting results helps many writers produce material. Writing groups or classes are another good way to jump-start a writing routine.

Stereotactic radiosurgery is the very precise delivery of radiation to a brain tumor while sparing the surrounding normal brain tissue. Because it is so precise, stereotactic radiosurgery allows a higher dose of radiation to be given with more sparing of normal brain than can be achieved with conventional radiotherapy techniques.Information from MRI and/or CT scans are directly transferred to the treatment planning computer system to create a 3-D model of the tumor and surrounding normal brain. A complex radiation delivery planning system is utilized to target a high dose of radiation at the tumor while greatly limiting the dose to nearby normal brain. Special devices are used to keep the head still so that the radiation will be aimed with great accuracy at the targeted tumor.

The gamma knife and its associated computerized treatment planning software enable physicians to locate and irradiate relatively small targets in the head (mostly inside the brain) with extremely high precision. Intense doses of radiation can be given to the targeted area(s) while largely sparing the surrounding tissues. The gamma knife can be used for a wide variety of problems. For example, it can be used to treat selected cthat arise in or spread to the brain (primary brain tumors or metastatic tumors), benign brain tumors (meningiomas, pituitary adenomas, acoustic neuromas), blood vessel defects (arterio-venous malformations) and functional problems (trigeminal neuralgia). Possible future uses are being evaluated for epilepsy and Parkinson's disease.

The gamma knife loses its ability to spare surrounding normal tissues as the number of targets increases, is not suitable for large targets (larger than three to four centimeters in size) and is not used for targets outside of the head.

This question is often asked in companies where new reps will be selling cardiovascular products; however, occasionally seen it in other companies where new reps are selling in different therapeutic areas.  The major difference between a stroke and heart attack is the part of the body that is affected: stroke affects the brain, a heart attack affects the heart.

A stroke or "brain attack" occurs when a blood clot or some other small particle blocks the blood vessel supplying that part of the brain, or when a vessel weakens, causing it to leak and bleed into the surrounding tissue.

A heart attack also occurs when there is a blockage in a blood vessel, only in this case it is in the arteries that supply the heart muscle with oxygen and blood. The blockage in the heart vessels may be due to blood clots or small particles of plaque.
