No, generally not. If you are planning to stay at the company longer than a year or two - I would recommend that you don't do it. Odds are, it will end badly. But if you are going to change job in 3 months - then why not. Except, if you need a recommendation from your previous employee and this could cause some blow-back at your next interview because of the poor review you were given. Inter-office relationships are always dicey.
