InterviewUp offers you its valued InterviewUp Service subject to the Terms of Service
Agreement. By accessing InterviewUp service or creating a InterviewUp Account you
agree to the Terms of Service, including to the following the rules and terms set
forth herein.
Description of service
InterviewUp is an open platform, where Internet content is consolidated. Content
provided by InterviewUp or third-parties is in no way guaranteed to the full extent
permitted by law. You agree that InterviewUp accepts no responsibility whatsoever
for information timeliness, reliability, errors, false information, or liability
arising from InterviewUp Service. InterviewUp Service is provided “AS-IS” and InterviewUp
reserves the right to alter, modify, change, add, remove, delete, or discontinue
Service in part or in its entirety at anytime and without any notification. You
also agree that you, in no way, will hold InterviewUp liable for any loss of data
of any kind, miscommunication, misinformation, and/or damages resulting from InterviewUp
Service. InterviewUp does not endorse the content or opinions accessible via InterviewUp
Service. There is no expressed or implied guarantee of InterviewUp Service and InterviewUp
Service may be interrupted or permanently discontinued at any time. InterviewUp
shall not be liable in any way for any 3rd party content and/or links.
InterviewUp provides its Service “AS-IS” via the Internet. You are responsible for
any equipment and additional fees required, i.e. by Internet Services Provides,
to access InterviewUp. In order to provide you with the best Service that InterviewUp
has to offer, you agree to receive communications via InterviewUp notifications
or email. Email from InterviewUp may include, but is not limited to, Service updates,
Newsletters, Advertisements, Administrative notifications, etc. These communications
are agreed to when you accept the Terms of Service and are considered part of InterviewUp
Service. To discontinue communications you must terminate your account at InterviewUp.
Here at InterviewUp we are dedicated to building an ongoing relationship with you.
We respect your privacy and therefore keep your email address private. InterviewUp
DOES NOT sell your email or private information. Information gathered in aggregate
may be use or sold to third parties. This data will not contain any personal identifying
information.
InterviewUp is an open platform; therefore third-parties may provide content that
is considered inappropriate, adult or mature in nature. By law you must be 18 years
of age to access and/or view such content. With this stated, it isInterviewUp’s
Policy to strongly discourage such content to be added to InterviewUp Service and
we reserve the right to remove any content at anytime without ever having to state
reasons for such actions. If local laws prohibit the access and/or viewing of content
you must comply with all laws that are applicable to you and your locality.
Registration requirements to join interviewUp
You’ve decided InterviewUp is the place where you want to prepare for your next
BIG Interview. In order to be a InterviewUp User, you must agree to the Terms of
Service and be at least 18 years of age to enter into a legal and binding contract
in the United States of America. You must provide true, complete and accurate information
that is required to create a InterviewUp account. This information must be current
and updated by you when your information changes. If you are not of proper age to
enter into a contract and cannot agree to the Terms of Service or you do not wish
to give accurate information required for the creation of a InterviewUp account
– You may not open an account. InterviewUp always reserves the right to suspend,
freeze, or delete your account at anytime without ever having to state reasons for
such actions. In addition, InterviewUp is not liable for any damages caused by interruption
of service, loss of data, or deletion of an account. InterviewUp believes in excellence.
Nonetheless, InterviewUp Service is provided “AS-IS” and InterviewUp makes neither
claims nor guarantees of Service whatsoever of browser compatibly, security, uninterrupted
account access, and complete compatibility of objects, widgets, and code with InterviewUp
Service.
Privacy policy
By agreeing to InterviewUp’s Terms of Service, you acknowledge that information
about your account and usage of the account will be collected in order to enable
InterviewUp to better improve its Service provided to you. InterviewUp does not
sell personal identifiable data to Third-parties. In addition, due toInterviewUp’s
open-platform design, information provided by third-parties may also gather data
of those who access to links, links/widgets/add-ons and you must refer to their
Privacy Policy as it may differ from InterviewUp’s Policy. All data may be transmitted
to and/or from the United States and/or other countries in order for processing,
evaluating, interpreting, and data storage. InterviewUp strives to maintain high
standards to respect, protect and appreciate your Privacy. Privacy is important,
however, InterviewUp is not, cannot, and will not guarantee your privacy. You agree
to use InterviewUp Service at you own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent
of the law, you give up any claims against InterviewUp if your confidentiality is
breached, we shall not be responsible for any harm that you or persons/entities
may endure or suffer with respect to InterviewUp Service.
Password, security, and your account
At completion and submission of your “create account information” you agree to InterviewUp’s
Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for maintaining your password and its
integrity. All activity connected to your password is your responsibility. Keep
your password private and confidential in order to avoid unauthorized access to
your personal InterviewUp account. Any lapse in security, unauthorized access to
your account, or damage/loss of any kind relating to your password or account is
100% the responsibility of the account creator/holder. InterviewUp is not and will
not be liable in any way whatsoever for your failure to adhere toInterviewUp’s “Password,
Security, and Your Account” policy. InterviewUp believes security is important and
therefore suggests that you change your password frequently and log-out of your
account when finished usingInterviewUp’s Service. Lastly, please webmaster@InterviewUp.com
immediately if you believe your account has be compromised in any way, or that someone
has gained unauthorized access to your account. InterviewUp appreciates your diligence
in this matter.
Conduct
InterviewUp Service is provided as a Service to you. Your conduct with relation
to InterviewUp Service must conform to your local community standards and its laws.
InterviewUp strives to build a valuable, productive, and respectful Service. ThereforeInterviewUp’s
Policy of Conduct asks its Users to avoid using its Service to cause any willful
damage to other InterviewUp Users or use its Service for indecent, nefarious, malicious,
abusive, destructive, slanderous, unlawful or illegal purposes including impersonating
other InterviewUp users. All content provided by third-parties/Users should be User
friendly. Note, InterviewUp may or may not screen content provided by third-party
providers, thus inappropriate material may find its way into InterviewUp Service.
We disapprove of such material (please webmaster@InterviewUp.com). Due to InterviewUp’s
powerful and open platform, we do not have the resources to screen all content accessible
via our Service. Therefore, ultimately those who provide content are solely responsible
for the content they provide and that InterviewUp is in no way liable for any damages
arising from this content – including but not limited to text, links, photos, music,
video, blog postings, programs, etc. It is up to the individual who submits, posts,
or provides content to InterviewUp to evaluate the content they are transmitting
because they are solely responsible for their content and conduct. InterviewUp is
in no way liable or can be held accountable for the independent actions of the individual
User or Users. When required by law and or governmental regulating agencies, InterviewUp
may provide access to information held by us to these parties.
InterviewUp reserves the right to remove content or refuse Service to any User or
entity without any notification or stated reason. InterviewUp also reserves the
right to block specificIP addresses, widgets, objects, code, and Users from using
InterviewUp Service without any notification or stated reason. InterviewUp endeavors
to provide a flexible, open Service to inspire the Community to achieve their career
success!
Content
InterviewUp is an open Community and due to the nature of the Internet, content
provided by third-parties/Users may be shared and duplicated. InterviewUp is not
liable for any copyright infringements for any data that is accessible via InterviewUp
Service rather the individual User/entity that provided the links to the information
is responsible. InterviewUp asks that those who use its Service to respect the copyrights
of others.
Third-party links/objects/content/etc. added to the InterviewUp Service may or may
not collect information about you the User. Accessing such third-party content will
allow the third-parties to collect data about you. Our Submission Policy requires
that content linked to our site will have a publicly posted Privacy Policy. Due
to the nature of the InterviewUp Service, we may or may not monitor all content
added to the InterviewUp Service and what data is collected by third-partied. By
agreeing to the Terms of Service, you accept the responsibility for any information
you access via your Account. InterviewUp is not responsible for any information
collected by third-parties and provides no guarantee of privacy on any information
generated by you using the InterviewUp Service whatsoever. If you are unsure of
what data is collected by third-parties, InterviewUp asks you not to access this
information.
It is important to note, that InterviewUp is an open platform and that content provided
by third-parties or is accessible via InterviewUp Service may be malicious and can
cause permanent damage and/or financial loss. Terms of Service require you to acknowledge
that viruses, nefarious programs, hackers,phishers , etc. may use InterviewUp Service
in violation of the Terms of Service Agreement and that you are aware of this possibility,
accept full responsibility for the content you access via InterviewUp Service and
that InterviewUp is in no way liable for any resulting loss. Please use InterviewUp
Service at your own risk.
Account is non-transferable
By agreeing to the Terms of Service you agree that your account is non-transferable.
In order for InterviewUp to provide the best possible Service to you, we ask you
to not to give your account to another User. However, we do encourage you telling
your friends and coworkers about our fantastic free accounts and that they can sign-up
for one of their own personalized accounts today.
Cookies
InterviewUp Service uses cookies, which are small amounts of unique identifying
information that are stored on your computer in order to provide you with personalized
content. The cookies are persistent and help InterviewUp store your session data,
update and remember your Account’s personal preferences.
Proprietary information
The Terms of Service states that you will not use InterviewUp Service for the purpose
of reverse engineering and that all material, graphics, text and code are copyrighted
and intellectual property of InterviewUp. Use of any copyrighted InterviewUp elements
is strictly prohibited unless given express written consent.
Feedback
InterviewUp welcomes feedback and suggestions from the Community. All data submitted
to InterviewUp will be considered property of InterviewUp and can use it in any
matter InterviewUp sees fit without any compensation to you; InterviewUp reserves
this as an irrevocable right. Your input helps us help you!
No resale of services
InterviewUp offers it Service you “AS-IS”. By accessing InterviewUp website you
agree to the Terms of Service that you will not sell any of InterviewUp Service
without explicit written consent of InterviewUp.
Storage of data
InterviewUp takes care to keep you personal information private, this is important
to us. Additional data related to your account may be stored on our servers. We
will not and cannot guarantee that all data will be stored permanently or conversely
irrevocable deleted. InterviewUp continuously works to provide you with the best
InterviewUp Service.
Period of inactivity
If you do not access your personal InterviewUp account for a period of 90 consecutive
days, InterviewUp reserves the right to consider your account inactive and it may
be deleted without notification anytime thereafter. If this occurs you must re-register
as a new User and InterviewUp cannot and will not guarantee that you maintain your
former InterviewUp User ID. InterviewUp encourages its Users to be an active part
of the Community and share in the fun, creativity and excitement of the InterviewUp
Experience!
InterviewUp information
As a InterviewUp User you can add your own creative information. However, we do
ask and require that any links or linked object to InterviewUp Service shall not
interfere with InterviewUp Service or any other content accessible via InterviewUp
Service. In addition, your content shall be in no way malicious, nefarious, or cause
damage to InterviewUp Service or degrade other Users’ InterviewUp Service experience.
Any content or service that is created, added, linked, or is in any way related
to or dependent on InterviewUp Service you do so at your own discretion. InterviewUp
is not and will not be responsible in any way or liable for financial loss, damages,
and/or any hardship incurred by you. You agree of your own freewill to use InterviewUp
Service and take full responsibly for your time, resources, and efforts that you
may use to create, add, or interact with InterviewUp Service – a Service which could
be discontinued at anytime without notice. In no way by using InterviewUp Service
does it constitute a partnership, joint agency, or any type of representative/employment
relationship with you. You use InterviewUp Service as an independent entity. Please
refer to InterviewUp Submission Policy. Note, that InterviewUp may revise, modify
or update the Terms of Service at anytime without any notification to you. By continued
use of the InterviewUp Service after any policy changes will constitute a continued
agreement to the updates terms of the agreement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL INTERVIEWUP OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT
DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF (IN THE AGGREGATE) $100 WHERE LAWS PERMIT. USE INTERVIEWUP
AT YOUR OWN RISK. INTERVIEWUP PROVIDES SERVICE "AS IS" AND SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE
UNDER ANY CONTRACT, TORT, LIABLE, OR ANY LEGAL THEORY WHERE APPLICABLE.
All rights reserved
InterviewUp reserves all rights of the Terms of Service, even if InterviewUp fails
to adhere, exercise, or in any way enforce any provision of this agreement. Lack
of enforcement of any provision does not waveInterviewUp’s rights to that provision.
International Users must agree to Terms of Service so much as terms are applicable.
